Updated October 10, 2026. This page explains what Fenway Web collects when you request a website conversation and how we use it.

Information you choose to share

When you request a website plan, we collect the name, email, business, current website, project preferences, timeline, notes, and consent choices you submit. We use this information to save your request, send the confirmation you asked for, and follow up about the Fenway Web service.

Sales follow-up

Your request is routed to sales@bostonmade.com. The confirmation and any requested follow-up notes are sent from that same address. Optional marketing notes are only sent when you check the separate opt-in box, and every marketing note includes an unsubscribe link.

Retention and requests

We keep lead information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to the inquiry and manage the relationship. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or stop marketing notes, by emailing sales@bostonmade.com.

Operational information

Hosting and email services process the request and technical information needed to deliver the site, protect the form, and send the messages described above. We do not ask you to submit passwords or confidential credentials through this form.
