The client

What the Boston Made App does

Boston Made runs twelve brands. The app is where they come together: a directory that explains what each tribe does and how it earns, and a launchpad into each app and workspace.

It also holds the account layer — one sign-in and the Boston Made+ membership that travel across the network.

Who they serve

Scope

What we built

Every feature has a job: helping visitors understand, trust and act.

01

The 12 Tribes directory

Every brand with its role, filterable by group and searchable by name.

02

Open an app or workspace

Direct entry into Reader, BOSSTOX, Spot Check, Fenway Web and more.

03

Single sign-in

One account across the Boston Made network.

04

Membership

Boston Made+ management in one place.

05

Shared sermon library

A ministry plugin that brings the sermon library into the network.

UX & UI

Design decisions

The choices that shape how visitors experience the site, and why we made them.

01 Map the family

The directory makes a complex brand structure understandable in a single screen.

02 Launchpad, not landing page

The primary job is getting people into the right app quickly.

03 Consistent shell

The same header, dock and sign-in experience across every brand.
